The Learn-Move-Live! Program
This carefully structured program begins with a postural and movement assessment. Based on this assessment, Mary chooses specific exercises to correct faulty movement patterns and replace them with healthy ones.
The Learn-Move-Live! Program comes with a workbook filled with photographs and tips. Upon completion of the six-week program, you will have all the components of a well-balanced fitness program and will be confident to try new exercises and sports or to engage in a more active lifestyle.

Private Six Week Course

This program DOES NOT treat symptoms. It focuses on the underlying cause of the imbalance and works to correct it. For example, you will understand why your knee hurts each time you go for a walk and what you need to do to walk pain-free!
