Pilates Programs
Pilates teaches the body to move in a way that is natural, efficient and pain free. It strengthens and tones muscles, improves posture, and provides flexibility and balance.
Pilates' focus on whole-body fitness begins with developing core strength in the deep muscles of the center of the body to stabilize the trunk and protect the back. This core training makes Pilates an excellent technique for whole-body fitness as well as a foundation for cross training with other kinds of sports.
Drawing on her training and her years as a world class athlete, Mary offers customized cross-training programs for the weekend warrior or the serious athlete.
