  PILATES FOR GOLF Golf requires rotation and power. I will recommend specific Pilates exercises to strengthen the Powerhouse, improve torso rotation, and improve shoulder and hip flexibility. This program will help prevent injuries of the shoulder, lower back, and knees, as well as correct muscular imbalances due to the one-sided nature of golf.
